Menopause is a sacred rite of passage. Something is released and something else is reclaimed. A woman crosses the threshold from mother into Maga, from life giving to self knowing, from outward devotion into inward authority.
For some, this threshold feels liberating and full of new energy. For others, it brings loss, confusion or a quiet mourning for what is coming to an end. All of it belongs. There is no right way to cross this threshold, only the truth of the one who walks it.
