Bodywork As Ceremony
Kahuna Bodywork is a flowing Polynesian style of massage, using the hands and forearms in long, rhythmic movements across the whole body.
My sessions are a little different. I offer Kahuna as a Temple style bodywork journey and 1:1 ceremony, weaving flowing Kahuna together with deep tissue and fascial release, energy work and ceremonial practice.
I am trained to Level 5 in Kahuna Bodywork through Mette's Institute, alongside my work as a Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master and ceremonial facilitator, with years of deep tissue and Zen Thai Shiatsu experience.
My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to soften, receive and let your body lead.
We Listen To The Body
Sometimes the body needs softness and long, restful flowing movements. Other times we go deeper into tension and fascia to release what has been held for a long time. There is no set formula, only what you need on the day.

Each session is shaped around you. Not everything is included every time; we follow what feels right on the day.

Sessions are held at the Crystal Arcana temple in Newtown and in Ourimbah on the Central Coast.

- About 15 minutes to talk before and 15 minutes to integrate after
- Allow 2 to 2.5 hours in total
- Currently open to women only
- Coconut oil, with Blue Lily or Shemana Heart Oil for the face and hair
- Usually received unclothed, with a modesty cloth across the lower body
- A chest covering is available on request
- Your comfort and safety always come first
- Arrive showered, without deodorant or perfume
- Avoid heavy meals for a few hours beforehand
- Bring an open heart and an intention for what you wish to release or call in
- Leave space in your day, avoiding work or long drives
- Drink plenty of water and rest
- A visit to a nearby park or beach can help you integrate
- Integration may last hours or days, so honour it with rest, journaling or quiet reflection
