Earth Altars
Living altars of flowers, leaves, stones and light, created by hand for your ceremony, gathering or event.
THE HEART OF THE SPACE
Bringing The Earth Into The Centre
An altar is the energetic centre of a space. In many cultures, creating the altar is part of the ceremony itself, done with intention, gratitude and presence.
An earth altar brings the natural world into the heart of your gathering, a reminder that ceremony happens in relationship with the land, the elements and the unseen.
It can be an intricate geometric mandala or a few simple items chosen with care, using what the land offers in the season and what is arising for you.
Creating Is Part Of The Ceremony
As each flower, leaf and stone is placed, the mind quietens into focus and creativity. Your altar is built piece by piece around the intention you bring, whether that is celebration, remembrance, healing or new beginnings.
