This training includes practices such as breathwork, embodied exercises, group sharing and facilitation practice. Because of the nature of this work, we review each application carefully to ensure the group is supportive and aligned for everyone involved.

This training involves active participation, listening to others, and being present in a shared learning environment. Is there anything that may affect your ability to be fully present for the duration of the training?

Are there any current mental or emotional health challenges that may impact your ability to participate in an intensive group environment involving breathwork, emotional processing, group sharing and facilitation practice? This training is educational and experiential rather than therapeutic.
