There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. We welcome people from many different backgrounds and levels of experience.

This training includes practices such as breathwork, embodied exercises, group sharing and facilitation practice. Because of the nature of this work, we review each application carefully to ensure the group is supportive and aligned for everyone involved.

In some cases we may invite applicants to a short follow-up call before confirming their place.

This training involves active participation, listening to others, and being present in a shared learning environment. Is there anything that may affect your ability to be fully present for the duration of the training?

This training is educational and experiential rather than therapeutic.
